It was a pleasure participating in the 2023 Glenwood Ave Arts Fair. In addition to displaying and selling original artworks, I provided a space for friends and festival goers to create a communal mural by covering my table with a piece or canvas generously donated by a fellow artist. Anyone who wanted to participate was invited to walk up and make their own drawings or add to what had already been done. At the end of the day the table was filled with art by dozens of festival goers illustrating the vibrant creativity of our beautiful neighborhood. Thank you to everyone who participated in this artistic experiment, to the organizers of the festival for hosting, and to all the fellow artists who have shared their expertise and resources with me.
